At DEP Fabrications LTD our CNC router are capable of machining up to 75mm. Our router can facilitate multiple heads and tools, ideal for machining complex detailed parts, and large quantities. We have been providing CNC machining in Hertfordshire for over 25 years and we constantly keep our machinery updated to make sure we can offer the best possible service for our clients.
We also offer CNC engraving at DEP which is a great way to decorate or label products. Our CNC machine engraving service incorporates the latest technology in computer controlled engraving equipment to give that high quality finish.

CNC Lasers & Engraving
Here at DEP we pride ourselves on the high quality finish of our products and for which we only invest in the best machinery, for example our lasers. We currently have two laser’s and both offer a top quality, polished finish straight from the machine.
The lasers are capable of cutting highly intricate patterns in rapid time. The process involves a non-contact form of machining that uses highly focused laser beams to melt the edges of the acrylic and essentially produce a flame-polished edge.
3D Printing
Here as DEP Fabrications we like to always think of new and fun ways we can make products and one of these is 3D printing. It’s a great way of making models and prototypes but its been used for making products such as toys, wax castings, jewellery, small gifts and trinkets.

Polishing Services
To create that perfect finish we offer several different polishing services, Diamond, Flame, and Buff. Each service is carefully undertaken by one of our fabricators who makes sure every inch is flawless.
Materials and Gluing
At DEP Fabrications we are one of the few companies that offers UV gluing which is highly effective. UV glue curing is a superior bonding method and can be used on a multitude of different products such as plastics, wood, metal and glass. It creates a incredibly strong bond making it a powerful adhesive as well as being able to create a flawless finish.
